Wrapping Up 2014

Yes, I can be known for being the lamest blogger in the blogger world.
I decided to wrap up 2014 and start fresh in 2015.

In January of 2014 I weighed in at 213 pounds.
I now weigh 188.8.
I have been fluctuating between 188 to 195 depending on the time of the month.
There has been a lot of ups and downs in this year.
I have gone from wearing a size 18 jean to a size 12. I am at an in between size right now. My thighs are too big but my waist is smaller. Grrr! Oh well.
I have gone from wearing a X Large workout Capri to a Medium.
I use to wear a Large t shirt now I can wear a medium.
I have to be honest though I am not all that comfortable wearing these sizes. I still feel like everything is being shown off to much, or to snug.
Emotional issues have hit many times this year, a few injuries and illnesses.
I will not give up with this journey, this lifestyle and this quest to be the best I can be.
I have made many new friends via internet and in person who are like minded.
There have been strains on relationships due to the changes I have made which in turn have changed me.
Trying to balance out my life. This has been very hard I am very much one way or no way.
Stupid OCD!!
Goals being set for this coming year.

I am ready for 2015

This is me November 2013

Day 2: JS Shred

Today was suppose to be day 3 but since I took yesterday off due to being sick it is day 2.
It was shoulders/ legs & calves
Lifted a total of 10,260 lbs
9 exercises
31 sets.
The cardio in between lifting is crazy.
Especially with me not feeling at the top of my game. AHHHHH
I did it though.
Planning on doing a am & pm workout tomorrow.

Happy New Year

Yes it is a New Year!
A year with a fresh start. Time to wipe the slate clean and go forward.
For Christmas I finally got my new kicks, runners or whatever you want to call them
The first 2 days of getting them on were a pain in the fingers but now they go on great. Super comfy and I wear them daily to workout, to work and out shopping.
I will soon be getting some more of these in different colors.
The year didn't start out the greatest for me or the family.
Grand babies sick, oldest daughter & youngest daughter sick,
then I got sick. AHHHHHHHH! It could always be worse though.
I am thankful that I am feeling better today A week of this garbage has been more than enough and I know I am not over it all yet but, I don't feel like I am dragging my butt around now.
On the 1st I was bound and determined to start the New Year with a workout. So on Wednesday night after sleeping almost all day I went out to my garage and hit the weights.
It was my first day of the Shred Program I am doing for 6 weeks.
It was chest, triceps and Abs.
I lifted a total of 7,845 pounds
10 exercises
32 sets
this included some cardio intervals in between the sets.
This is the biggest difference in this workout plan as to the last ones I did.
Yesterday was to be day 2 but that didn't happen.
I think I probably would have dropped a weight on my head if I had tried to lift.
Feeling a little better today so planning on doubling up the day.
Hope all is going well with everyone.
Live Healthy and be happy, Bobbi Jo
