Weigh In Wednesday Progress

I know I just recently posted my weight progress but since it was Wednesday I needed to do progress photos, weigh in and measure I just might as well see how I have done.
I am down another pound
On Monday I started doing the Couch to 5K program.
Boy am I out of shape especially cardiovascular.
Today went much better than Monday.
This is E'lyse this morning before we left 
She is doing it with me
Since coco is here she decided she would join us.
And Miss Kylia came along also.
Coco wants to come down and do a Turkey Trot or some kind of race for Thanksgiving. 
Now I am looking into them for us. 
Theses are a pair of my new fun socks I bought.

 Now for progress pictures.
   The ones ont he left are from February picture progress the ones on the right with the blue waist band are from today's.
  I think I am seeing a little progress. I am not giving up on myself. this didn't all come on over night and it will take a while for it to come off.
  I lost 1/2 inch on each thigh, 1/2 inch on each calf and 1 inch on upper stomach area.
It is funny when I was taking the picture I didn't think I looked as bad as I do when I see them posted.
 This is a very humiliating but good for me to see and put it out there for accountability.

Couch- to- 5K & Weight

I use to be a runner.
Like many moons ago.
I am now back to running
Just starting out today using the Couch-to-5K Program .
So now they say that I can say I am a runner.
E'lyse is doing it with me even though she doesn't like running.
Following the program today we went 2.17 miles.
It is cool because you do a 5 min. walking warm-up, then you do 60 sec. jog then 90 sec. walk
I didn't do nearly as well as I thought I would on the jogging part. Way to much weight to be hauling, my lung capacity is pathetic and I am not in great shape 
I hadn't weighed myself until Friday and drum roll please
2 pounds down
Happy and surprised.
I haven't been eating all that great and my exercising has been very sporadic to say the least. 
But getting back on it and not ever giving up on my dream to be the lean, mean clean eating machine in 2013!

I need to visit this sign more often so I don't get down on myself. 
It has been a weird week things still feeling off but I am plugging along and working through the thoughts,
feelings. I think one of my biggest things this week has been lack of sleep.
My body clock has been off. I am tired throughout the day and then at night I have a hard time falling asleep. Then when I do get to sleep if I wake up to go to the bathroom, I have a hard time getting back to sleep. 
On the bright side with the money I have been paying myself to work out ($1 every day I work out) I bought myself  new shoelaces and  #10 ankle weights 
I wanted yellow shoe laces but they only had the neon yellow but it didn't match my yellow on my shoes. 
Today is the start of a new month and the start of a new day.
This is me letting this week behind me and moving forward along with all mistakes of over eating or not eating clean and not working out as hard as I should have. 
This day will be better.
