Feelings Of Let Down

 Have you ever felt like you are letting people down including yourself? Feelings of what do I do now? How do I move forward? How do I get to where I want and need to be when I don't feel like it?
 Just worn out.........tired...........stressed to the limit..........what do I do now?

  1. First off, I had to stop by, since I am also a Bobbi Jo (although no one's called me that since middle school). Second, I feel that way ALL the time. The best way to get moving when you don't feel like it is to find a way to make it a habit. Start! Make yourself a schedule. Tell everyone you know. It took me a long time, but a year later, I feel more stressed out when I don't run, even though that adds one more thing to an already busy day.

    Good luck! I hope your stress is less soon - that's so hard.
