Checking In

I am at the same weight I was last week. I haven't eaten enough or frequent enough this week and this will be something that I will concentrate on. Sleep has played a factor in my progress too I am sure.

  1. Bobbi Jo, Keep at it! Shedding the pounds is not a diet, it is a life change. In the last 11 months I have lost 98 pounds. I was tired of not keeping the weight off and last august I was able to get the Lap Band. It was the best thing that I ever did for ME. My adive is eat at least 65 grams of lean protein per day. Also watch your carbs both good and the bad. Try to stay under 100 per day. If you can do under 50 grams of carbs you will see the pounds melt off. It is never easy. I have my days but feel so much better without all of the weight! Keep me posted of how it goes.
