This was my weekly workouts
- Monday: yoga, 3 mile walk & 14 mile bike ride, upper body lifting
- Tuesday: yoga, 4 mile walk & 16 mile bike ride
- Wednesday: yoga, 20 mile bike ride Upper body lifting.
- Thursday: Stretch, 6 mile bike ride
- Friday: Off-feeling off today.
- Saturday: 12 mile bike ride, riding more for fun around the neighborhood, played at park some soccer & volley ball with kids & short walk. Upper body lifting
- Sunday: Rest day
