Weekly Workouts For Feb~4-10

This was my weekly workouts
  • Monday:       yoga, 3 mile walk & 14 mile bike ride, upper body lifting 
  • Tuesday:       yoga, 4 mile walk & 16 mile bike ride 
  • Wednesday:  yoga, 20 mile bike ride Upper body lifting.
  • Thursday:      Stretch, 6 mile bike ride 
  • Friday:          Off-feeling off today. 
  • Saturday:      12 mile bike ride, riding more for fun around the neighborhood, played at park some      soccer & volley ball with kids & short walk. Upper body lifting 
  • Sunday:         Rest day
