Workouts for the week of 1- 27-2013 to 2-3-2013.
(Sundays are my rest day with exception of going for a walk.)
- Monday 6 mile bike ride , brisk walk with dog ( didn't keep track of mileage)
- Tuesday 9 mile bike ride.
- Wednesday 6 mile bike ride, Weight lifting upper body.
- Thursday 16 mile bike ride, lower body work out.
- Friday Cleaned all day long, NO KIDDING.
- Saturday Upper body workout, over 11,000 steps.
- Sunday Off
